Call 678-648-9886, or send the form below and we'll come back to you the same working day.
Estimates are free and given in writing. If you're not sure whether a job is worth doing, or whether we're the right people for it, ask — we'll tell you either way.
Downed power line, sparking meter or burning smell — call 911 first
Power out across the street — that's your utility, not an electrician
City of Monroe outages — 24-hour dispatch on 770-267-3429
Outside city limits — contact Walton EMC or Georgia Power, whichever bills you
Anything on your side of the meter is our work. Anything on the utility's side isn't, and calling us first just costs you time. If you're not sure which is which, ring and describe it — we'll point you the right way in a minute.

Tell us about the job
The more you can tell us now, the more accurate the quote — and the fewer visits it takes.
Before you call
What to have ready
None of this is essential — ring anyway if you don't have it. But these five things answer most of what we'd otherwise have to ask, and between them they often get you a realistic figure without anyone driving out.
1. Your main breaker size
Open the panel door and look at the big breaker at the top. It'll say 100, 150 or 200. That single number tells us more about what's possible than almost anything else.
2. How many spare slots
Count the empty positions in the panel. A full panel changes the answer on EV chargers, hot tubs and workshops — sometimes from "an afternoon" to "a bigger project".
3. Roughly when the house was built
A 1920s mill house, a 1970s ranch and a 2015 build are three completely different jobs even when the request is identical.
4. Who sends your electric bill
City of Monroe, Walton EMC or Georgia Power. It decides who we coordinate with for anything needing the meter pulled, and it sets the timeline on a service upgrade.
5. Whether there's a deadline
A closing date, a tenancy start, an insurer's window or an opening day. We schedule differently when something is time-bound, and we'd rather know at the start than halfway through.
A photo helps more than you'd think
For panels, kilns, generators and EV chargers especially — a clear photo of the open panel door and of the equipment nameplate often gets you a proper answer over the phone. Text them to the number above.
The process
What happens after you get in touch
No call centre, no pressure, and no charge until you've agreed a written price.
Step 01
We reply
Same working day. You'll speak to the people who'll actually do the job, not a dispatcher in another state.
Step 02
We look at it
A site visit where one is needed. For some jobs a couple of photos are genuinely enough, and we'll say so rather than booking a visit for the sake of it.
Step 03
You get it in writing
An itemised estimate, free, with what's included and what isn't. On rewires that means an opening count; on generators it means the transfer switch.
Step 04
We book it in
Permit pulled in our name with the right county, inspection scheduled, and a date you can plan around.

Where we are, and how far we come
We're straight about the drive on every one of these pages — Good Hope is ten minutes, Lake Oconee is closer to an hour.
Same working day for calls and form enquiries received during office hours — Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Messages that arrive overnight or at the weekend are answered the next working morning. If your job is tied to a deadline, say so in the message and we'll prioritise accordingly.
Do you charge for estimates or call-outs?
Estimates are free and given in writing with the work itemised, so you can compare them properly against other quotes. For diagnostic work — tracing a fault rather than pricing a known job — there may be a charge, and we'll tell you what it is before we come out rather than after.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Sometimes, and we'd rather do that than book an unnecessary visit. Fixture swaps, ceiling fans and straightforward outlet work often price accurately over the phone. Panels, service upgrades, generators, kilns and anything involving trenching or a rewire need looking at — a photo of your open panel door and of any equipment nameplate gets us a long way, though.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?
EN215910 — published hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. For a genuine emergency — a downed line, a sparking meter or a burning smell — call 911 first. For an outage affecting more than your property, contact your utility rather than an electrician: City of Monroe's 24-hour dispatch is 770-267-3429, and outside city limits it's Walton EMC or Georgia Power depending on who bills you.
What if I'm outside your service area?
Ring and describe the job. We cover nine towns across five counties, and we're honest on each page about which are a real drive — Lake Oconee is close to an hour, and for a single small repair there we'd tell you to find someone nearer. If you're just outside the area but the job is substantial, it's worth asking.
Do you work with builders and property managers?
Yes to both. For general contractors we give a day count from the plans rather than a range, pull our own permits with the correct county, and are set up for multiple lots. For landlords and property managers, turnover between tenancies is the natural window and we schedule around it — ask about doing several properties together.
One call, straight answer
Let's work out what you actually need
Including whether that's less than you were quoted elsewhere, or nothing at all.
